The Challenge:

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires a diverse set of skills, including supporting the onboarding of employees for T2 and our label partners, communicating and training the People team(s) globally, creating and managing internal communications, and more. The successful candidate will be supportive, highly responsive, curious, creative, innovative and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
What You’ll Take On:
- Act as a hub for internal and external HR partners to answer employee questions and route them to information and resources.
- Engage with our HRIS verifying events and maintaining compliance for internal partners and labels HR partners.
- Verify payroll data during pay periods and perform payroll audits.
- Support the People Team on all aspects of People Operations, including compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, & Internal Communications.
- Monitor the HR Mailbox and respond to employee inquiries, process paperwork and route emails to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Complete employment verifications
- Assist the People + Development team and company-wide initiatives including but not limited to wellness events, milestones, etc.
- Model and reinforce our cultural values by being creative, innovative, and efficient.
- Be a welcoming face leading new hire orientation and shepherding joiners through their first days.
What You Bring:
- An inclusive approach with a passion for incorporating DEI into your HR practices.

- An understanding of the need to grasp and validate our existing culture and a willingness to ask questions and learn vs. telling and doing.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or in an administrative role.
- Personable, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Proven problem-solving experience that can identify the source of the problem, its effect on other functions and stakeholders, and recommended solution.
- Self-aware, curious, and a desire to learn.
- Process oriented and organized.
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across all levels and functions.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and to be part of a lean and nimble team.
- Outstanding judgment, with a balance of confidence, maturity, refinement, and energy.
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in hybrid work environment.
- Ability to be flexible, shift with the needs of our business and perform well under pressure.
Great to Have:
Gaming industry experience is a plus.
