Contract Talent Coordinator (Part-time)

The Talent Attraction team is a dynamic, close-knit group of recruiters and coordinators that ensure the business units and studios within Glu Mobile secure the finest new employees for its growth. Proactively reaching out to potential employees and making them aware of the growth opportunities within the company, we match talent to business needs to create a “win” for the candidate as well as the corporation. It’s all about growth and the type of individuals that make that growth possible.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about candidate experience, the puzzle piece of putting an interview together, and can be the consummate host. Above and beyond, we would like someone who embraces our core values and enhances these processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Scheduling onsite interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and recruiters
• Updating candidate records in ATS (Lever)
• Being the point of contact and host to onsite candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Administrative tasks such as generating offer letters and initiating background checks

What You’ve Done:

• At least 6 months prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Extremely bright, a self-starter, and exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong experience using Outlook, Skype and Lever (or other applicant tracking systems)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly-changing environment
