We’re looking for a mature individual with high energy, excellent multitasking skills and a pro-active nature who can anticipate superbly. In this role, you’ll assist in keeping Bungie operating smoothly. You will provide an effective administrative support service for our team, while ensuring confidentiality at all times. If you’re process oriented, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy connecting with employees regularly, this is the position for you.
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is full time in our offices in Bellevue & Seattle and we currently require all employees onsite to be fully vaccinated
- Aid in coordination & fulfillment of onboarding new employees, deploying equipment and new hire swag
- Aid in the upkeep of the Swag Room, including tracking available stock, organizing, and coordinating with appropriate team members
- Monitor and respond to the team’s inbox and ticket request portal
- Act as a go-to person for employee questions/concerns, answer when appropriate, or direct to correct person or department when necessary
- Assist the team with task-based assignments at departmental onsite and offsite meetings and events.
- Inventory, purchase and stock snacks for kitchens
- Order food & beverages for meetings.
- Upkeep kitchen cleanliness, maintain conference and meeting rooms, stocking supplies stations, keeping rooms clean and organized
- Ship and distribute company mail and packages, send birthday cards to employees.
- Assist the team with special projects throughout the studio
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Office
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed
- Able to lift on occasions up to 40 pounds
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability, reliability, punctuality
- Discretion (this role may involve dealing with confidential information)
