Contract Counsel

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and contract law professional to come to join our team as a Contract Counsel, where you’ll collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across the business and staff teams, also act as a strategic business partner, analyzing and advising about contracts. As a Contract Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting templates and implement a contract strategy to support the company`s activities.
What you'll do:
- Manage full contract lifecycle of the agreement in our contract`s platform;
- Prepare and review contracts and create templates that should be celebrated and implement by the company;
- Negotiate (legal terms) agreements with suppliers;
- Provide legal opinions in relation to contracts;
- Provide legal support to the Brazilian and foreign companies;
- Implement innovative strategies that both support the business and are aligned with the organization’s priorities and goals;
- Work closely with Procurement team;
- Coordinate activities with external law firms;
- Structure, prepare and review managerial reports, and documents;
What you'll need:
- Solid experience in Contract Law
- Degree in Law
- Brazilian Bar Membership
- Proficient in English
- Team builder
- Be a business partner and business-oriented
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in both Portuguese and English, along with excellent business judgment and critical thinking.
- Hardworking, well organized, and able to handle numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LLM in Contracts Law
- Experience in I.T companies
- Visual Law Experience
