Overview

The role of Recruiter at PTW involves developing strong internal relationships and building talent pools within the niche games sector, globally, for PTW. You will continually research the general landscape of the games industry to continually develop several key prospects for future PTW hires.

You will support PTW’s professional hiring objectives by attracting, identifying, selecting, evaluating, and negotiating offers with candidates that meet our growth goals and ambitions.

This is a challenging role, and you should be able to adapt quickly to new tasks and be an enthusiastic collaborator who thrives under pressure, enjoys working on their own with little to no supervision, is accustomed to being hands-on, and excels when working on Professional Hires with multiple conflicting deadlines. You'll be resilient, adaptable, have endurance and patience, with self-confidence in your own ability and love sharing success. You will also be able to communicate at all levels including C-Suite.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a strong understanding of our professional hiring needs and respond to requests for resourcing support by building relationships with Hiring Managers.
• Lead on professional hiring requisitions, using strong sourcing management discipline, working collaboratively with the wider global Talent Acquisition Team.
• Proactively build talent pools and networks; work with our hiring managers to proactively ensure their talent needs are being met on-time and within budget.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and hiring manager/colleague experience.
• Be an ambassador for DEI at PTW by actively integrating DEI into talent acquisition.
• Be a subject matter expert, building a reputation as a high performing Recruiter and adviser to hiring managers.
• General recruitment experience with reporting, posting jobs, headhunting, onboarding, etc.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience working within the video games industry.
• Strong track record of success with executive, senior and professional appointments within the gaming industry.
• Experience working in professional resourcing, or executive search.
• Experience working with senior leaders up to and including C-Suite.
• Experienced in building relationships with senior candidates and actively managing talent pipelines/ pools internally and externally.
• An ambassador for DEI, who actively integrates DEI into talent practices/ solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, experience turning high-level hiring needs into impactful talent solutions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demanding recruitment requirements concurrently.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end executive recruitment & selection practices.
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting executive level documents/papers/offer letters, etc.
• Experience of executive sourcing globally (US/Canada/Europe/Asia)
• Experience using ATS systems – Workable for example.
