Content Production Manager

Working Location

Every DREST team member has a defined work style which is determined based on the nature of their role and the team they are a part of. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, combining in-office with remote work.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Content Production Manager to manage our extensive content delivery both in and ex-app. Working closely with the Creative, Editorial, Avatar, Fashion Retouch, Brand Partnership, Marketing and Product teams, this role requires excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

What you will do...

• Oversee production for the Content team to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Run a weekly Production meeting involving multiple teams to track progress of assets, prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
• Own and manage our tracker systems for all required assets, ensuring relevant and regular team updates.
• Work with department heads to balance and prioritise asset delivery, adapting regularly as necessary.
• Facilitate stand up meetings to ensure workflow is efficient and any changes in delivery are communicated as quickly and clearly as possible.
• Manage creative budgets and resource allocation to ensure the company’s strategic goals are met as efficiently as possible.
• Report on budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate assets within art, avatar and retouch departments.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure effective, high quality assets are conceived and delivered to achieve the strategic marketing objectives.
• Work with Brand Partnerships team to ensure timescales for assets are achievable and adhered to.
• Communicate daily with relevant members of the DREST team regarding any upcoming content. This includes updating the product team and stakeholders in a weekly meeting.
• Liaise with other producers and leads within the business to ensure Content delivery is aligned with company roadmaps.
• Support Brand & Content Director in representing the Content team in management meetings as required.
• Support Content leads in recruitment and milestone setting processes as required.
