Welcome to the Marketing team

We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Content Producer. You will be responsible for GOALS’ brand marketing and social media initiatives in this pivotal role. Creativity and production know-how will support digital channels' growth by creating and implementing social media content. This position will require video editing, graphic design, and social media management proficiency. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting our game's go-to-market strategy.

At GOALS, you will...

• Own and manage the publishing calendar to plan, produce, and execute the content strategy according to each social platform's editorial line and format specificities.
• Lead day-to-day social media production (static images, short-form content, long-form videos), from script and storyboard to filming/photography and editing.
• Manage GOALS' social media accounts (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and maintain consistent brand messaging. Plan posts, draft engaging wordings, and follow up on analytics (impressions, engagement) to continuously optimize our content strategy.
• Monitor and stay up to date with content trends that intersect gaming and football culture and anticipate key cultural moments to participate in the conversation.

Ideally, you have...

• 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry as a content producer and/or social media manager.
• Passion for football and extensive knowledge of the gaming audiences.
• Extensive experience with Figma, Photoshop After Effects and/or Premier Pro, and other content production tools. Bonus: experience with Unreal Engine
• Strong expertise on social platforms - TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram
• Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows, like Miro, Jira, and Google Suite

About the Employment

This is a full-time position with the option for flexible working arrangements. Our team is based in Stockholm, but we're open to remote candidates across Europe. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective teamwork and content creation.
