Overview
Bethesda Softworks is seeking an accomplished and proactive Content Creator Manager to join the Global PR Team, based in the US. The Content Creator Manager should be a creative and strategic thinker with excellent existing relationships with Creators, Agencies, and Content Platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working with Creators across YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
The Content Creator Manager is responsible for coordinating outreach with diverse online personalities and content creators and developing and implementing organic and paid influencer campaigns across all Bethesda IP. The role will interface with global and regional Public Relations, Community, Brand, and other marketing disciplines as well as development teams to create executions for game launches, events, and more.
The Content Creator Manager will also be a key member of the Stream Management Team, working with internal staff to create and elevate internal productions and leverage potential partnerships. In addition to possessing a deep understanding of the video game industry, a familiarity with measurement tools to analyze trends and identify opportunities and innovations, as well as report on results and KPIs is a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Bethesda’s content creator relation programs across all IP, including live service games and new launches as well as for PR and other major events
- Directly manage North American content creator activity; oversee/collaborate with global teams for worldwide and territorial executions
- Partner with PR colleagues for integration into game launches, events, and ongoing promotion
- Partner with Events Team to amplify larger initiatives via in-person and remote digital executions
- Participate as a key member of the Stream Team, helping to consistently raise the bar for internal production and find opportunities for partnerships with internal streams
- Create, review, and approve creator plans, initiatives, and paid opportunities from internal cross-functional teams
- Act as liaison between Bethesda and platform holders to secure key placement and promotion for events and launches
- Data-driven reporting and analysis to identify and measure trends, KPIs, and ROI
- This position will report to the Senior Director of Public Relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with diverse content creators and influencers in and out of the video game space
- Established relations with creators both large and small
- Track record of finding and growing new and emerging diverse talent in the video game community
- Familiarity and experience using measurement tools to report on metrics, trends and KPIs for short- and long-term business and game goals
- Strong understanding and relationships with social and content platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook
- Experience developing influencer programs for live service games is a plus
- Passion for gaming and Bethesda’s products a plus
- Collaborative mindset – a strong team player, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and work together to find and implement effective strategies
- Knowledge of trends in creators, social spaces, and video games
- Experience working with development teams and presenting plans in a easy-to-understand manner
