Consolidation accountant specialized in IT projects (W/M/NB)

Job Description

Within the Administration Department at Ubisoft International HQ, based in Carentoir, Brittany, you will join the Consolidation team. Your role will be to participate in the production of the Group’s consolidated accounts and to develop our consolidation and reporting tools in order to effectively manage changes in our financial reporting process.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with the following:

• Assist with the processes for establishing monthly consolidated financial statements
• Act as the interface between the IT and Operations functions to effectively maintain the reporting tools and supervise upgrade requests and tests
• Act as a source of proposals to improve and develop the processes involved in establishing and auditing consolidated statements
• Ensure/assist with the management of digital transformation projects in collaboration with the various operational teams (e.g. deployment of the Diligent/Galvanize CRM and auditing solution)
• Propose and implement tax reporting for the Group
• Support the team in the implementation of regulatory changes (green taxonomy, ESEF reporting, etc.)

Qualifications

To successfully carry out your tasks:

• You will ideally benefit from proven experience in an auditing firm or within a financial department
• You are specialized in – and enthusiastic about – IT systems
• You are experienced in the use and/or configuration of finance tools (HFM if possible) and a data visualization tool such as Tableau Software or Power BI
• Experience in the field of consolidation would be a plus
• With your ability to prioritize and readily switch from one task to another, you excel in project management
• Always ready to listen, you are able to inspire confidence in those around you
• With your sense of rigour and ability to take a global view, you get straight to the point with tact
• You are proficient in written and spoken English
