Concept Artist (Unannounced Project)

What will you do?

• Design in-game environments and objects from conceptual sketches to highly detailed renders, including overpainting based on the white-box models provided by LD.
• Accurately adapt to the project's art style or explore new styles that align with the project's vision.
• Understand game mechanics and platform capabilities to design effectively within current platform constraints, such as polygon counts and texture sizes.
• Collaborate with the art lead and designers to provide innovative ideas for in-game map design direction.

What are we looking for?

• Have participated in at least one online game in the realistic military or realistic science fiction genre.
• Have a strong interest in various architectural styles, natural landscapes, military, and science fiction scenes, and can effectively translate ideas into in-game maps.
• Proficient in 2D computer drawing software such as Photoshop and Sai. Ability to complete tasks within timelines and quickly modify based on feedback.
• Ability to collaborate within a team, including with other members of the conceptual design team and other art and designer team members.
• Familiar with FPS, TPS, and vehicle simulation games, understand the gameplay design intentions of these types of games, and can apply them to projects.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Able to use 3D software to assist in expressing designs.
• Experience in using Unreal Engine.
