Job Description

Context

Sitting at zone level for the Global IT Teams, you report to the Global IT HR Director. You support local HR Managers on Compensation & Benefits related topics, develop & manage at transversal level Compensation policies & processes and work towards a better understanding from IT Directors & Managers of these policies. You are also the reference at zone level for HR Data & Tools.

Transversal management

End-to-end piloting of the Annual Review & Salary Review campaign:

Represent IT in Group C&B projects and deploy Group initiatives within IT

Follow C&B trends on IT market and advise on best practices & key insights

Identify the best suited tools & methodologies for IT and ensure a heathy & competitive management of our internal & external equity

Work towards a better understanding of our Directors & Managers of our C&B policies (key messages, communication assets, tools,…)

Supports in the LTI management for IT Teams (allocation, communication) & pilot IT Management compensation

Ad hoc analysis & recommendations (costing, market studies, …)

Local support

Ensure Local HR Teams have good C&B foundations in order for them to make the right decisions and pilot well local C&B ecosystem

Shadow & support local HR Teams in their understanding of their market, to source and exploit benchmark data, and maintain & upgrade their salary grids

Ensure the local salary positioning is in line with the Group Salary policy & our business objectives

Work closely with your peers within our partner local studios in order to ensure coherence of our practices and positioning at country level

HR Data & Tools

Production of monthly HR indicators for IT Management

Pilot the follow-up of our Group KPIs at IT level and work with the HR IT network to derive actions plan from these

Participate to workforce planning efforts

Collaborate with Group HR Teams to continuously improve Data-related tools & services

Owner at zone level for Information Systems related to Compensation (salary review, on-call & overtime management) : tool administration, training & support of HR network, improvements roadmap in collaboration with IT Teams

Depending on time, priorities & interests, you could be participating to projects near or outside your field of expertise.

Travel will be expected according to your schedule and availability.
