Compensation AnalystSummary
We are seeking an individual with Compensation and Benefits expertise and great relationship management skills to fill a key role within the Global Reward Team.
This role would also suit a HR Generalist with an interest in gaining Reward and Mobility experience.
This role reports to the Vice President of Reward – Gaming, but plays a role in supporting the Global Reward team along with other analysts located around the globe.What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with HR Business Partners for the Gaming business and indirectly with Line Management groups to build and implement Compensation & Benefits solutions in line with business needs.
- Providing support for managing and maintaining compensation and benefits programs and related activities in areas such as US mobility, performance management and risk.
- Immigration and Mobility can take up to 50% of the core tasks for this role at a time.
- Providing analysis and modelling to support recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Compensation & Benefits, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, vendor relationship management, and/or other services.
- Providing interpretation and counsel regarding Compensation & Benefits policies, programs and practices.
- Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve business issues in related reward areas including employee engagement, benefits, performance management and risk.
- Assisting with developing and implementing new Compensation & Benefits policies, practices and programs to meet organisational needs.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, HR or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, global exposure would be a benefit but is not essential
- Knowledge of all areas of compensation, mobility and benefits
- Knowledge of analytical tools used within the compensation benefits area to evaluate benefits costs/expenses, utilization, compliance, plan/cost modelling, etc.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
Desired (but not Mandatory) Experience
- Experience in both consulting and internal compensation roles
- Familiar with global survey products
- Experience with the Workday platform
