Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]

Krafton India is looking for a Company Secretary and Law Graduate (LLB) with 2-5 years of experience

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

• Responsible for all secretarial matters relating to the company under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Preparation of Circular Resolutions, Notice Agenda, Information Packs and Minutes of Board Meetings. To plan, conduct and record the Board & Shareholders meetings.
• Maintenance of statutory registers and records of the Company.
• To act as a Compliance officer, handling matters related to company and secretarial affairs.
• Ensure that secretarial audits of the company are completed within the time limit prescribed.
• Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and advising of agreements and business arrangements related to Confidentiality, General Service Agreements, Collaborations and various Service Providers.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations and keep up to date with respect to the latest laws, amendments, and case laws.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

• Qualified Company Secretary– Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) and LLB from a reputed college.
• 2-5 years of work experience handling Corporate/ Secretarial/Legal responsibilities.
• Knowledge and experience in general commercial matters including drafting, vetting, and negotiating various agreements and legal advisory.
• Should be well versed with the new 'Companies Act 2013', Information Technology Act and recent amendments.
• Ability to multitask and accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and while demonstrating sound judgment under high stress, time-critical deadlines and excel in teamwork.
• Effective verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
