Community Manager @ Electronic Arts – Job Description
Were you swept up by the 'Laurel or Yanni' debate? Are you the opposite of Jon Snow when it comes to Social Media? Would you rather choose to binge Netflix or game all weekend over nursing a hangover on a Monday morning? Then you may very well be our next Community Manager.
At Electronic Arts (EA), you will get a chance to unleash your creative genius to engage with an enthusiastic player base while interacting with core teams of the EA family. You will constantly monitor Social Media platforms to communicate, excite, and troubleshoot for players with the ultimate goal to drive traffic and help us collect gold coins. *wink wink*

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling marketing communications to acquire, engage, and excite game fans.
- Work with the Community Manager, Artists, and Game Team to develop, update, and execute community events and promotions calendar.
- Manage game forums and keep our players happy and coming back for more.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative player feedback to the team.
- Assist in achieving revenue goals (ka-ching).
- Smile while doing all the above!
