Community Strategist - Creators

Genies is looking for a passionate & focused Community Strategist - Creators to join our team to become the voice and support of our top creators within our company. Reporting to the Head of Community, the Community Strategist will support creators in building their own community, building inspiring incentive programs to encourage creators to grow their Avatar Ecosystem, nurturing Genies’ community of top creators, championing product features that will support creators, and ensuring all of our creators feel seen, supported, and intimately connected to our product development roadmap.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Build & Manage our Creator Community through incentive programs that drive creators to further develop their Avatar Ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Creators across a variety of partner segments .
• Identify product features that will support our Creator Community and advocate for their development through appropriate channels.
• Facilitate collaborations amongst Creators.
• Gather content and consumer insights from Creators to share with Genies UA team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Talent, & Creator Relations teams to develop effective strategies to support creators.

What You Should Have:

• 5+ years of community building, start-up or social media experience.
• Passion for avatars & the creator economy.
• Expert in Gen-Z culture with deep knowledge and first-hand experience in influencer marketing, leveraging industry-leading tools that help manage community & activate marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter / entrepreneur energy that thrives in a fast paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, high EQ and empathy for partners who may be new to the discipline of creator marketing.
• Experiencing building communities on Discord, Tik Tok, Geneva, or IG is a huge plus.
• Product first approach to problem solving.
