About the Role:

Limit Break is looking for a community professional to develop and grow the DigiDaigaku community. The ideal candidate has a deep and intrinsic understanding of how communications, content, social media, memes, and influencer relationships intersect with each other, and is adept at crafting community plans that cohesively bring all these elements together.

Responsibilities:

● Evaluate and improve the engagement within our social community and communities for the future.

● Add to content strategy and player-facing communications, including active engagement on community channels and reactive messaging.

● Create compelling product communications such as blogs, newsletters, and more.

● Discover new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand awareness and brand legitimacy of products.

● Develop and implement key community initiatives including contests, live events, content partnerships, and influencer/creator integrations and more.

● Run content calendars and milestones, delivering content to cross-functional and regional teams.

● Help support creator strategy including identifying potential new creators while supporting and building long-term relationships with existing partners.

● Establish player feedback loops with dev teams, providing important reporting on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions. Track, analyze, and report on content and program performance data.

● Leverage data insights to innovate and drive continuous improvements to Community campaigns.

● Work cross functionally with company stakeholders and moderators to ensure a safe and positive environment for our discord community.

● Lead the development of standard responses or guidelines to the most common inquiries, complaints, and comments.

● Offer strategic counsel to studio leadership and manage crisis communications as needed.

● Manage asset requests, and approvals

Qualifications:

● We are looking for an excellent communicator who understands how to scale relationships between the organization and the community.

● Exceptional writing/editing skills.

● Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or relevant job experience

● 4+ years of experience managing large (100k+) online communities

● 4+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of content distribution channels, and the role they play in community and publishing strategy

● 4+ years of experience building communities, collaborating with partners, managing talent, and supporting live events in a related field or on major consumer brands.

● Excellent skills in using social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies.

● Proficient understanding of Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and all other social media platforms.

● Strong organizational skills with an ability to adapt quickly. Passion for games, NFTs, and web3.

● Highly organized, proactive self-starter, with demonstrated ability to plan and self-manage concurrent content pipelines and programs.

● Proven track record of curating creative and engaging content and managing communities.

● Proficient at using Microsoft products such as Word , Excel, and Powerpoint. Likes a good meme.

A Plus:

● Project management training and experience

● Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA

● Video publishing and/or graphic design experience

● Active engagement in current games industry news with a deep understanding of gamer culture in social media
