Community Growth Lead

About this Role
As GreenPark Sports Community Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing programs aimed toward building community and social followings from conception to launch. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop key initiatives and programs that strategically support GreenPark's KPIs and objectives for involving and expanding the community of GreenPark Sports fans. You will help develop media and social content, as well as oversee community activations for the GreenPark Sports application and company initiatives.
What will you do at GreenPark Sports as a Community Growth Lead?
- Ensure the community is growing with highly engaged and diverse GreenPark fans across our platform by partnering and coordinating with live ops for in-app fan communication and content designed for dynamic social channels
- Expand GreenPark’s online social presence, foster stronger relationships between the brand and the public
- Develop and manage the implementation of community moderation policies and support tools
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
- Manage social media campaigns from conception to execution including onboarding and coordinating influencer initiatives
- Manage growth in the social media and in-app editorial calendars and channels
- Measure social performance/engagement data while offering suggestions for usability, content creation, and promotion enhancements
- Cultivate and expand new relationships with key influencers within the community through design and execution of recognition and reward programs
- Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may impact brand reputation
- Assist in managing our internal and external resources and vendors, ensuring all of GreenPark’s community and content initiatives are efficient, aligned with company goals, and resonate with our community
You may be a great candidate for this role if:
- 4+ years of experience in Community Management, Advertising, or relevant field
- An in-depth knowledge of all social channels and what factors influence how well users engage on these channels
- Real experience, backed by tangible examples of designing and executing community outreach and growth initiatives that engage, excite, and attract the most invested customers across multiple platforms.
- Possess the capacity to create and present innovative ideas for social activities
- A track record of embracing and opening up new social networks
- Knowledge of resources for managing social channels
- Prior knowledge of designing social networks methods and tactics
- Demonstrated past history of curating high-quality materials
- Nice to Haves: Strong knowledge of Sports and/or eSports
- Nice to Haves: Previous management experience
