Job Description
As part of the Global Publishing teams of Ubisoft, you will support the Community Engagement team through the coordination of content production, publishing, and performance analysis. In collaboration with our Community teams based in different studios across the world, you will work on several brands of our portfolio to help them resonate through our different channels in social media, web, CRM, etc.
Your missions will include the following:
Content strategy:
- Provide strategic counsel to the Community Developers based at the studios on engagement strategies and help them build their multi-channel (social media, CRM, web…)
- Gather relevant content performance, audience breakdowns, and other community related data to proactively establish the most relevant KPIs
- Advise about the right channel strategy for the different campaigns
- Help improve our campaigns by integrating industry-leading ideas and finding new opportunities for Ubisoft to celebrate its games with its fans.
- Provide inspiration to our Community Developers by presenting new trends and best practices in the field of social media.
Project Management:
- Oversee the whole publishing process from the content creation with agencies, freelancers, or internal content teams to the posting.
- Manage a group of freelancers/agencies and ensure the right management of both workload and budgets.
- Partner with our cross functional teams (Brand, Production, PR, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc.) in North America and Europe to drive collaboration and identify new opportunities
- Ensure internal visibility of our Editorial Calendars, particularly towards our local markets.
Performance analysis:
- Analyse content performance and KPI’s and provide insights to Community Developers to ensure the optimization of our campaigns.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is/has:
- A strong experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Communication Manager or Brand Manager
- English proficiency - French not required but nice to have
- Proven success in developing and executing content strategies and activations
- A good communicator and team player. Used to work with cross functional teams
- Highly organized and capable to oversee several projects/brands at a time
- Expertise in KPI tracking and upholding results accountability with partners
- Knows how to think globally and strategically
- Knows how to define and communicate priorities for your campaigns
- Capacity to adapt with agility
- Experience with creative content tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) a plus
