A bit about the role:
The role of our Community Acquisition Lead is all about building the Immutable army! This role will be accountable for growing the reach and top-of-funnel of the community. You'll have the opportunity to expand our social channels, create key partnerships, and hit off on big number targets around community growth.
This person will be the pulse of our community. Owning the sentiment and driving key narratives about and around Immutable X across different channels to attract as many followers and audiences as possible.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Determine the community growth strategy that will turn immutable X’s users into raving fans and all of the users of our partner communities
- Own and drive our growth activities across our social channels, with a strong focus on Twitter.
- Establish new awareness-focused social channels e.g. Tiktok, Twitch, Youtube, etc
- Build partnerships with influencers, companies, and existing communities to bring them into the Immutable X community
- Produce reactive and proactive content to maintain relevance in the web3 gaming space
- Convert our following into active supporters by driving them into our high-engagement channels i.e. Discord and Reddit
We would love you to have:
- 3 years experience managing social media team for a tech company (ideally UGC, B2C, or blockchain)
- Crypto and NFT experience or passion (paid or through communities e.g. DAOs, NFT communities)
- Data-driven approach to growing community reach (e.g. best content resonating with Twitter, Youtube analytics)
- Ability to drive and control sentiment through social channels and different mediums (chat, tweets, AMAs, etc)
- Passion for tech, blockchain, and NFTs (or at least able to understand these concepts to create quality and relatable content around it)
