Your Mission

The way we communicate with our audiences at Improbable is key. We want to take them on a memorable, meaningful journey; experiencing next generation and multiplayer games in the most positive ways possible. How we communicate that to our influencers, core players and partners is at the heart of our journey to changing the way the world experiences multiplayer games.

As the lead for our communication efforts for all of our internal game studios, you will create centralised strategies to establish and develop our relationships with Players, Media and Social Media globally, both pre and post-launch. You will grow any channels we directly own, and take our brand strategies, translating them into written word & content that breathes life into our growing community. You will create programs and moments to foster a connection between developers and players.

Areas for Impact

You will work closely with the Head of Publishing to establish strategy, vision, and goals internally that will focus on both short and long term successes for our games and most importantly, our community. You will manage our Influencer Manager, and approach the community.

You will manage third party suppliers and teams where necessary to adapt our tone to local audiences, all while ensuring our true values and voice are maintained. Focally, you will be setting the roots for our long-term community to grow, develop and mature.

We'd like to hear from you if you embody the following:

/ You’re experienced building relationships with highly involved gaming communities for multiplayer games and are highly empathetic to gamers.

/ You have a deep understanding of how to address player problems through crafting authentic messaging and managing expectations.

/ You’ve managed and developed successful Social Media strategies for communities across broad channels.

/ Experienced in establishing content pipelines across platforms and channels.

/ You’re an experienced and empowering manager.

/ A true leader both within your team and across the business, you want to build and set best practices for the long-term development of our publishing function, including mentoring and managing more junior team members when required.
