Commercial Asset Manager - Content and Subscriptions (12 Month contract)

As a Commercial Asset Manager - Content and Subscriptions, you will deliver digital assets to support EA’s Subscription Service, EA Play. You will work with international partners to brief, manage and handoff assets across a range of content pillars, both for recurring beats and one off requests.

You will support all EA Play Beats, ensuring that EA Play wants are balanced with Franchise Brand requirements, providing assets that work for both. You will create briefs and solve information gaps to ensure Production has all it needs to deliver, while keeping all teams updated with status. You will step in and gauge new requests/asset types, and integrate these into existing process. You will also develop a solid understanding of how the EA Play role integrates with the wider Digital at Retail team, and how the work done in each compliments the other.

The role:

Adaptation Production Management: offering and managing digital asset production for EA Play Marketing and Digital Merchandising Teams. Assess requests (ad hoc and recurring) from these teams, and convert these into solid briefs for Production teams to execute against.

Relationship Management: be a core contact point between asset end-users and core content creators to improve communication. Key link between Marketing, Digital Merchandise, Design and Production teams.

Process and Systems: Develop process between Marketing/Digital Merchandise teams and the Production team to increase efficiency. Help to develop solid reporting and asset tracking tools, and supporting process and SLAs to increase visibility on EA Play assets. Work alongside the Digital at Retail team to integrate the EA Play deliverables further into this team, and to onboard best practices from this team into the EA Play environment.

First Party: Develop an understanding of 1st party agreements, legal requirements, approval submissions, communication of local restrictions and other challenges posed by 1st Party requirements. Communicate any 1st party challenges as a prior task to avoid any lengthy delays in approvals at the back end.

One Team Environment: Daily meetings to ensure work is on track, any barriers to success can be communicated to the wider team.
