Bungie is seeking a Destiny 2 Co-development (co-dev) Manager to play a critical role in the development of Destiny 2 content. This Manager will work as a part of the Destiny 2 co-dev team to build and improve internal and external relationships as well as intra- and extra- team communication. They will act as the bridge and guide between all groups to make sure our project development teams are always in sync and collaborating.
The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, self-motivated, empathetic, and cool-headed organizer of people and teams. They will be driven as a leader to build and foster creative and collaborative environments across multiple Destiny 2 projects. Bungie full-time employees in the U.S. also receive:

Prospective full-time employees located outside of CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
