Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. As a Client Support Representative at Newzoo, you will be the first point of contact for our clients – the largest developers and publishers in gaming. You will be providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be an expert on our products and services, and will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner. This is a ground-floor opportunity in which you will gain experience in different client-facing capacities, primarily client support.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients’ inquiries via email and live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding Newzoo’s products, services, and data offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
- Assist clients with account setup, usage, and navigation of Newzoo’s platform.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and support cases using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Success, Sales, Product, Data, Marketing) to share client feedback, enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
- Analyze questions and feedback from clients to identify common themes and contribute to the development and maintenance of support resources, such as FAQs, user guides, and tutorials.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Become an expert on Newzoo’s product offerings and platform, as well as our industry and clients.
- Work as a team player and liaise with other departments to share client feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the games market, specifically PC and Console.
Your Profile
- MSc degree in Economics, Market Research, Business Administration, or similar.
- Flawless English (written and spoken).
- A passion for the games market and its biggest trends.
- Ambitious for a career in client-facing roles, driven by goals and personal development.
