Client Manager

The Agency of Wargaming is looking for a Client Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have knowledge of marketing and advertising industry, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to help us retain our customers and safeguard our revenue.

What will you do

• Build and maintain long term partnership relations with clients
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address clients’ needs
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Forecast and track key client metrics
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Ensure both the Agency and client get the value out of the relationship
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

What are we looking for

• Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager or relevant role
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Understanding of marketing, advertising market and gaming industry
• Client-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relations and collaborate with others within the company and externally
• Experience in pre-sale and contract negotiations
