INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Take-Two Interactive Internship Program is designed with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2's Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.
Our interns gain substantive, first-hand business insight while building upon professional skills. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based summer-long projects.

Interns are expected to be available from May 26th - August 7th in order to participate in all programming and activities.
POSITION OVERVIEW
What You’ll Do:
- Primary responsibility to support the Head of Data Strategy and Analytics to pursue initiatives to maximize the commercial value of players within the Take-Two gaming ecosystem
- Focus on optimizing pricing / promotions, marketing ROI and maximizing the life time value of a player from initial purchase through recurring revenue (e.g. virtual currency, DLC)
- Responsibilities require a strong ability to analyze numbers, and mine for both mathematical and commercial insights
- Create presentations (PPT) to socialize key insights across corporate and label leadership
- Support existing Enterprise Analytics team initiatives, including data gathering, hygiene, modeling and analysis, in service of commercially viable insights
- Support the development, monitoring and measurement of results of key performance indicators reflecting the health of various Take-Two products in different segments of the interactive entertainment field – across corporate, labels, genres, titles, platforms, retailers and user segments
- Collaborate across Take-Two’s creative labels and functional corporate areas of Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to ensure
- Effective, efficient and insightful collection, reporting and interpretation of consumer and customer-related data
- Integration and development of technology and BI tools to improve reporting and visualization
- Appropriate data governance and quality
- Support initiative to ensure consistent basic metrics and structure are in place, including standardized, common data terms across the enterprise
- Assist in creation of metrics dashboards and data analytics for functional corporate teams to support the core internal functions
Who We’re Looking For:
- In-flight MBA degree in general management, strategy, finance, business analytics, statistics, economics, finance, or related field
- Excel – strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, and experience building models (e.g. linear regressions, net present value calculations, solver tool, etc.)
- Passion for the media, technology and / or communications industries – experience or proven interest in videogames a strong plus
- Analytics experience (ideally from one of the following industry areas including: computer gaming, entertainment/media, retail, or online/e-commerce)
- Familiarity with industry sources a plus (e.g. Game Pulse, NPD, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organized, detail oriented, strategic
- A confident, self-starter with the ability to think logically and make fact-based decisions
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to flexibly adapt in a fast-paced environment, willing to take on any tasks required
Bonus Points For:
- Tableau – Ability to create basic Tableau reports and Dashboards from a variety of data sources to tell a compelling visual story
- 3 rd Party Analytics Dashboards – Comfortable interacting with 3 rd Party hosted analytics solutions (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, social listening tools, etc.)
- Working knowledge of an analytics or programming language. Examples: R, Python, SQL,
