Current clients range from independent game development studios to AAA publishing companies.

We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign Manager who combines the passion for video games with digital advertising skills. In this vital role in the media and performance marketing team, your goal will be to deliver successful campaigns and create ROI across all digital channels and beyond.

Our clients trust in attract mode for transparent media planning and result-oriented advertising spiced with authentic knowledge of video game audiences and their motivations. We deliver global and local campaigns for our clients, utilizing Programmatic Advertising, Paid Social Media, Direct Display, Connected TV, SEA, DOoH, Influencer activations, and more channels.

Your responsibilities include:

• You manage and optimize campaigns for our clients on a daily basis across all channels to drive results
• You support the media planning with relevant learnings, data models, and strategic know-how and are able to deliver full and partial campaign proposals
• You work with our media and ad tech partners on insertion orders, attribution setups, creative delivery, and account improvements
• You keep our clients in the know about the success of their campaigns through live dashboards, reports, PCAs and are capable of presenting results in regular calls
• You always keep track of the project management and production schedules of campaigns

You bring:

• At least two years of relevant experience with managing digital campaigns – either in an agency or in a brand’s marketing department
• An analytical mind with the ability to make decisions based on data and industry insights and create meaningful learnings for our clients and our agency
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication skills, as this position requires working with clients and a wide network of advertising partners
• The willingness to keep learning and to expand your advertising skills as the industry evolves
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
