CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager

Location: Delhi, India

This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of CSR activities in the region by reporting directly to the head of Government Affairs (with a dotted reporting line to HQ CSR Team lead, where the strategic and tactical delivery of CSR projects in India. S/he drives social and environmental impact initiatives aligned with a business goal in India. S/he also reinforces strategic partnerships with leading non-profits and governments (Central and States) to serve underrepresented communities and bring key influencers into KRAFTON's business ecosystem in close collaboration with the other team members of the Government Affairs team in India and CSR team in the HQ.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in the execution of CSR initiatives in India, ensuring alignment with the international CSR approach of KRAFTON that contributes to closing the skills gap and enhancing livelihoods for underserved communities. This would involve co-designing engagement frameworks with non-profit partners, collaborating with government entities, and curating skills-based volunteering of employees in alignment with legislation, compliances and business requirements.

• Actively create opportunities for building strong partnership, collaboration and engagement with central government, local government, business associations and non-profits, leveraging CSR initiatives in alignment with public policy and social impact-related objectives.

• Help advance KRAFTON's policy environment by supporting public policy advocacy with the team of Government Affairs and showcase the company's social value to the media by creating 'KRAFTON for good' stories with the PR/Communication team.

• Cooperate with CSR team in HQ to generate ONE approach for India by providing proper support, sharing insights, and raising awareness of policy and social agenda in India.

• Conduct due diligence on all CSR activities in India including;
  • Validate capable non-profits/partners transparently.
  • Operational support to all donations/grants, ensuring accountability (developing, managing, monitoring of projects, and reporting on scope, schedule and budget)
  • Administrate works for CSR initiatives, including a documentation (related report, record, letter, data, plan)
  • Crossed team collaboration and communication.
  • Serve as a liaison on CSR topics internally and externally.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree but Master/Equivalent preferred with 7-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility work in IT/Gaming companies AND/OR project management of social impact initiatives in (or with) companies in India.

• Outstanding collaboration and partnership skills with proven ability to drive for results across the sector that include a representative of government entities, community-based organizations, non-profit and civic leaders, and program beneficiaries.
• A deep understanding of the policy landscape and social issues that the opportunities advance the company's social value
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to distil complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience. Ability to logically drive recommendations and land priorities across the team and organizational boundaries.
• Project management experience cross the team.
• Open to learning new things and tracking challenging problems end to end.
• Strong interests in the gaming/IT industry
