Hi-Rez Studios is hiring a CRM marketing specialist to work with our marketing team to improve engagement of our player base by shaping and optimising our user journey communications strategy at our studio in Brighton, UK.

What our CRM Specialist Does:
- Managing the strategy, planning and delivery of our user journey communications (e.g. email).
- Build user journeys based on audience characteristics and behaviour.
- Develop and maintain email calendars as well as trigger and lifecycle programs.
- Define segments and run A/B testing campaign.
- Work with our brand teams and to set and Implement campaign goals and objectives.
- Provide campaign details including controls to Analytics team for campaign reporting.
- Produce monthly and quarterly campaign reporting, advising on performance and future optimizations.
- Identify new areas of campaign revenue and optimize existing sources (promotion, winback. Churn models).
- Define new engagement-based KPI’s to help retain and grow our player base.
- Help define and maintain eCRM software filters, rules and conditions
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 year’s CRM marketing experience in a B2B or B2C company
- A passion for online games and competitive games
- Good technical understanding of software architecture and customer databases
- Familiarity with SQL or Salesforce object query languages
- Exceptional English copy-writing skills and able to craft email copy
- Demonstrable evidence of achieving financial and customer retention targets for email marketing
- Experience working with at least one email automation platform (Salesforce preferred)
- Analytical skills, be able to interpret data and insight to drive actionable changes for both business and customer benefit
- An ownership mentality with an ability to work independently as needed; you love getting hands-on and ‘stuck in’
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Fully aware of changes in consumer communication industry space and best practices
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Experience with Photoshop and other creative tools would be a plus
