Summary
You will be joining us as our new CRM Manager working on one our most successful mobile games. As well as managing a small team of 3, you will lead the workstream of developing and implementing strategies for lifecycle and players journeys.What you'll do
Your role will focus on heading up special campaigns and features to drive user engagement and monetization, supporting a fun experience for our players. This is a pivotal role in success of our games, so you will be given the autonomy for new idea creation and the support to implement.
You will be also responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating a small team ensuring you get the best out of the team and support them with their career at Product Madness.

What we're looking for
To be suitable for this role we are ideally looking for you to have the following skills/experience
- Experience formulating and managing Lifecycle in either the mobile gaming or similar industry
- Strong experience within CRM in a B2C environment
- Experience implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement and LTV of customers
- A strong communicator and excellent stakeholder management skills
- A desire to learn about the mobile gaming industry
- Be data and KPI driven
