CRM - Front End Web Developer

Ubisoft CRM team is looking for a Web Developer to deliver the best user experience through our communications and be able to support all requests from our internal stakeholders and from all Ubisoft games and their graphic universes (Assassin’s Creed, Skull & Bones, Just Dance, etc.).

You will be part of the Design and Development team divided between Bucharest, Paris and Montreal, reporting to our CRM Senior Web Developer based in Montreal and you will work closely with brand managers, CRM strategists & ops specialists and will take part in operational deployment of CRM campaigns as a developer.

Your main mission

• In charge of the HTML integration of every emails or landing pages created by the design team.
• Navigate and optimize existing email templates and use best practice HTML/CSS/JavaScript guidelines for optimal responsive rendering and deliverability
• Develop & help maintain in-house processes and cloud-based tools
• Day-to-day maintenance of various CRM web technical projects
• Research Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s AMP script capabilities and explore potential new features in email coding
• Stay up to date with evolving email technology and offer technical expertise to improve our platforms and processes to stay competitive with the marketing of our brands

The professional value you bring

• Professional experience in Web-Email front-end development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Working knowledge of translating design requirements into technical requirements and attention to details
• Knowledge of responsive design development (e-mail, web, mobile)
• Good usage of the Microsoft software (Office, Visio, Project Management);
• Experience with a top-tier Email Service Provider such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Campaign or any other email software is a plus

The personal value you bring

• Proficient in English, French is a plus;
• Very good communication skills;
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines;
• Basics on Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong ability to coordinate with teams coming from various backgrounds all over the world
