CG Producer

We are looking for an experienced CG Producer to join our team. As a CG Producer you will ensure outsourced teams are organized according to project needs. Your responsibilities will include negotiating outsourcing budgets and schedules and assisting in finding freelancers when necessary. You will oversee the daily progress of both external and internal animation and static projects, ensuring their timely completion. Working with the Creative Directors and wider team, you will ensure the CG assets are delivered to the highest standard and the pipeline is set up accurately and well-functioning to deliver the artistic vision and creative brief.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing outsourced project budgets and schedules
• Identifying communication and scheduling challenges
• Collaborating with the Creative Director and marketing team to form project teams
• Monitoring daily tasks and team progress to ensure efficient workflow
• Handling day-to-day queries and troubleshooting any production issues

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in a production role within animation or game development
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and teams effectively - a good network in the UK is a big bonus
• Excellent communication skills
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
