C++ Developer - SDK integration (F/M/NB)

Job Description
As a C++ Developer, under the management of the Lead Programmer, your role is to integrate from scratch the API calls to the game’s online into the Unreal Engine.
You participate to the conception, implementation and documentation of the software development kit as well as the development of features and online services.
Responsibilities
- As a first step, work with the Lead Programmer to define, architect, compile the lib, develop and launch the SDK on Unreal Engine
- Integrate & maintain the API call to the standard online services.
- Define the need for each service (tracking, authentication, statistics…) and configure it
- Test and maintain the SDK integration, implementing the necessary functionalities to meet the requirements of the team
- Identify the processes that can be automated or optimized, and suggest improvements
- Document your work to transfer knowledge, enabling developers to understand how to use new systems and functionalities
Qualifications
- Excellent level of C++
- Good knowledge of API HTTP Rest and Json data manipulation
- Comfortable using external services requesting asynchronous functions
- Proven experience with SDK integration and external API
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine and game online services is an asset
