The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver competency-based training, focused on key business processes developed by companywide initiatives. This role has an opportunity to combine a passion for training delivery and instructional design to drive high performance results for Aristocrat employees and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, strong training delivery skills, project management capabilities to prioritize competing demands, collective collaboration skills with diverse groups, problem-solving, and have proven instructional design experience.What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging instructor-led training and eLearning materials.
- Conduct and document needs analysis to identify key behaviors that will impact a desired goal.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers, trainers, management, and stakeholders to ensure business process training needs are met across the organization in a consistent manner.
- Ability to manage projects and communicate multi-stage projects with various stakeholders using company systems, materials, and tools effectively and efficiently.
- Thorough understanding of business processes used in various departments.
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve across a variety of business processes.
- Create reports on pre- and post-training outcomes and process improvements achieved in targeted business processes.
- Create clear, concise learning objectives.
- Implement adult learning theory, models, and methods.
- Maintain learning management and documentation systems.
- Implement design for usability principles for best learner experience.
- Communicate and collaborate with project team to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Travel to customer locations as required, up to 30%.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Training, English, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver instructor-led virtual and/or classroom trainings.
- Exhibit experience with instructional design.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy and developing assessment questions based on levels 1-3.
- Ability to translate technical language into language suitable for the targeted audience.
- Minimum of two-to-five years of experience in analyzing, developing, and delivering technical and business process training.
- Experience using authoring tools such as Adobe suite, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and other tools to create and update training, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Forward-thinking with the ability to pick up new technology and software quickly.
- Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
- Manage competing demands.
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, work through open-ended situations, and prioritize requests.
- Act as an ambassador for Aristocrat products and processes.
