The Player and Quality Insights (PQI) program started in 2020. It aims to build a cohesive and unified framework for planning and implementing player feedback activities, reporting insights back to game teams, and tracking overall game quality.

This program is being built across multiple teams with unique and complementary expertise and perspectives – User Experience Research, Quality Verification, Community Playtesting, and the Signature Player Experience. Our joint north star is to prioritize the player experience!

As B, you will assess and help improve PQI systems and processes to inform increased efficiencies for both our team members and our external players. You will report to the Business Operations Manager of PQI with options for on-site, remote or hybrid work.
