We’re currently looking for a Business Performance Manager. As a Business Performance Manager, you will work with data and people to guide the product’s path and growth. You will be a part of the strategy team of the product, working closely with the Business Owner and reporting directly to the Chief Product Strategy (board level).

What is this job all about?

• Partnering with the Business Owner in order to draw and plan the product strategy for maximum rentability;

• Using analytics and quantitative analysis to understand the product’s performance, translating the data into recommendations (mechanics, A/B tests, new features) to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization;
• Relying on data to calibrate the product’s economy, providing economy analysis, and drive metrics for revenue optimization;
• Providing partners with regular updates on the business performance of the product;
• Collaborating with the other product’s Business Performance Managers to use standard best practices and share experiments results;
• Concentrating all efforts on understanding the player’s behavior and providing the best user experience.

What do we require?

• Prior experience in business performance and economics background;
• Exposure in businesses with big data decisions drive and revenue improvement;
• Strong business acumen paired with the ability to understand and interpret data;
• Problem solver mind set and optimal communication skills;
• Cross team collaboration and influencing aptitudes;
• Understanding of the mobile games industry.
