Business Performance Lead

Gram Games is the studio behind some of the most popular mobile titles in the world like Merge Dragons!, Merge Magic!, 1010! and we have more awesome projects in the pipeline. As our project portfolio is growing, we now are looking for a Business Performance Lead to join us in our London office.

As a Business Performance Lead at Gram, your main objective will be unlocking the next stage of growth: identifying top business priorities for our entire portfolio and working together with colleagues across the studio to make them real.
In this cross-functional / central role, you will be expected to collaborate with our Game and Technical teams as well as Marketing, Business Intelligence and studio leadership for our entire portfolio: from our chart-topping games to new ones under soft launch.
You will ensure that our games are growing in a healthy manner, by gaining an in-depth understanding of our critical metrics, and contributing to directions and actions of each of our teams. We already have a team of extraordinary product leads, game teams, marketing managers and data scientists, all of whom care about growing our games and studio further. Your job will be to use your expertise and holistic understanding to help us better connect the dots and get things done.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with experience, interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in partnering with other game makers internally in disciplines like Product Management, Production, Design, Development and external to the game studio by collaborating with product, analytics and technical teams across the globe.
Requirements
As a Business Performance Lead, you will...
- Work closely with product leads, game and business intelligence teams as well as other functional teams to monitor the key metrics, as well as the progress on top business priorities
- Build a holistic understanding of our portfolio, impact of short vs long-term efforts, influence the direction and help resolving bottlenecks
- Identify emerging trends and potential impact on our games’ financial performance, to deliver improvements / resolutions, based on actionable insights
Qualifications and Experience
- Solid cross-functional experience in a project management, execution focused role in a fast-moving and analytical environment
- Willingness and ability to thrive in a cooperative and cross-functional working environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and execution skills, advanced knowledge and experience in crafting business recommendations and follow-through
- Familiarity with Free to Play / Freemium gaming KPIs, terminology and business model
- Experience in mobile gaming is a plus, but not a must
- Experience in Product Management (game or technical, growth or operational) is a plus, but not a must
