Bungie is seeking a Business Operations Manager for an outstanding opportunity on our Operations Team! We are searching for an experienced project manager to guide and optimize the Operations Leadership Team. A member of the Operations Leadership Team (BOLT), the Operations BOM supports and drives strategic and annual IT project planning and budgeting in support of the COO and Senior Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and empathetic organizer of people and process who embodies a service mindset. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, FL, IL, NC, TX, and WA).
