Business Development Intern

GSN Games is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team!
About the Business Development Team:
We provide business-related advice, negotiate deals, manage acquisitions and present competitive intelligence research and updates on the games market.
As a shared service, we work with all of GSN Games’ talented studios.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with Legal on: (i) NDAs; (ii) contracts; and (iii) due diligence related to acquisitions.
- Maintain and update BD’s CRM tool, Pipedrive.
- Research related to M&A targets, potential partners and the games market.
- PowerPoint deck support for the BD team’s quarterly competitive intelligence report, as well as other presentations as needed.
- Outreach to potential new partners.
About You:
- Student in a Bachelor Degree or Graduate Degree program
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
