Business Development Executive

In this exciting Business Development Executive role, you will be a trusted advisor responsible for the development of all assigned client relationships including the achievement of sales targets and the identification of mutually beneficial business opportunities for the creation of value in new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining high customer satisfaction while building long term relationships.What you'll do
- Work with internal partners and within the sales team to achieve assigned targets in line with Aristocrat’s business objectives.
- Maintains up-to-date client information, including product offering, services, future projects, key contacts and current business strategy.
- Maximize sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Crafting business proposals and negotiating sales deals within business guidelines.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships and developing long term partnerships by providing world class customer experiences.
- Develop an understanding of client operating structure and planning to establish strategies in sales, service, marketing and operational activities with assigned accounts.
- Coordinate and collect market intelligence covering market trends, competitive behavior and developments within the business.
- Prepare and submit regular reports as required on client and sales activities, including but not limited to product performance, activities, variance analysis and sales forecasts.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Aristocrat as well as the industry trends, legislation and business practices.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients as well as represent the company at functions, meetings and trade events.
What we're looking for
- Proven Sales and Key Account Management ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong presence.
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Strategic management with strong business and reporting capabilities.
- Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Strong passion for sales and communication through different channels
- Ability to develop diverse networked relationships internally and externally and engage with people effectively.
- Be proficient in using Salesforce customer relationship management platform.
- Demonstrate excellent skills using MS suite of products especially Excel.
- 7+ years of experience, may possess relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Gaming industry experience preferable, but not essential.
- Commercial awareness with considerable previous experience in customer facing roles.
