Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to become a part of our HR Technology team. This is a great chance to work on the development of custom HR systems.
Reports to
Head of HR Technology
What will you do?
- Work with Product Owners to establish a requirements baseline for the tool;
- Manage functional requirements for the tool;
- Maintain backlog and assist Product Owner to define features for the upcoming releases;
- Facilitate requirements design and improvement sessions with Product Owner, SMEs, UI/UX design teams;
- Collaborate with the Development team through all iterations of tool development;
- Assist the QA team with the development of test cases, perform acceptance testing of the tool features;
- Establish and share best practices of Business Analysis across the team, and coach other team members.
What are we looking for?
- Certified BA with 5+ years of practical experience.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Experience with corporate applications development.
- Experience with HR-related processes.
