The Job
Mid to Senior Level Network Programmer working on a co-op FPS game. You will:
- Support the synchronization of the gameplay state and mechanics between players in multiplayer sessions
- Optimize dedicated and listen servers on multiple platforms (Windows, Xbox, and PlayStation)
- Optimize networking systems to minimize usage of CPU processing, memory, and bandwidth
- Develop and integrate online service APIs for standard features (matchmaking, player storage, player logins, etc) into the game
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of games experience with strong C/C++ programming
- Extensive experience with game scripting languages like Blueprint and a strong understanding of scripting languages used in several deployments (LUA, Python, etc)
- Extensive experience with Unreal Engine networking
- Experience with 1 or more shipped titles from Start to Submission and Release
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Experience with Xbox and/or Sony console platforms and libraries
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with AWS EC2 and Docker or similar services
- Cross-platform and cross-play (PC, Xbox, Playstation) simultaneous release

Salary Ranges (USD): $95,000 - $173,000
