The Role
We are looking for a Build and Release Support Engineer to join our release management team. Our Build and Release Support Engineer is responsible for helping to troubleshoot build and release engineering-related issues, communicate with other internal teams such as Development, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology, and provide the first line of support for the build and release organization.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in supporting the needs of multiple game studios.
- Troubleshoot daily technical issues with build and deployment systems.
- Review, triage, and pick up support requests through an internal Build and Release Engineering support ticketing system.
- Assistant in managing build, deployment, and source control systems.
- Assist in supporting the build system infrastructure used by the studios.
- Work closely with studio engineering teams and other build engineers to ensure efficient and problem-free systems.
- Ensure clear communication with other teams while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Provide the first line of support to studio engineering teams.
- Create documentation and help refine processes as you learn.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a support role (Help Desk, Technical support, etc.).
- Experience writing and debugging code in at least one language.
- Interest in working with source control and build systems.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking technologies and related hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and isolate problems quickly.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Unreal 4.
- Experience with Jenkins.
- Experience with Perforce and/or GitHub.
- Experience with console, PC, and mobile development.
- You enjoy playing video games.
