Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Identify, prioritize, educate, and secure business opportunities.
- Drive revenue by proactively seeking out and addressing business challenges with clients and partner agencies.
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior marketers and agencies, maintaining a consultative approach and offering strategic media solutions. This includes establishing campaign goals, learning agendas, buy models, and golden rules.
- Collaborate with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute the strategic approach for each account within your assigned book of business, with the aim of simultaneously unlocking and elevating each relationship.
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Create, own, and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Establish metrics to measure account growth and performance, providing reports as needed, and offering recommendations for performance enhancements.
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Take ownership of planning and developing all senior client meeting agendas, ensuring appropriate materials, participants, and key actions.
- Keep clients informed about Overwolf's products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- 5+ years of direct experience in digital media sales, generating Brand Partnerships.
- A proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with both clients and agencies, consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Profound knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising procurement.
- A deep understanding of the video games ecosystem, coupled with a strong passion for it.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- A creative and innovative thinker and strategist, capable of thinking outside the box.
- A collaborative team player with a cooperative mindset.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of initiatives from the ground up.
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent years of experience.
