About the Role
As the Brand Marketing Manager - DEI at Twitch, you will help bring DEI campaigns to market that resonate with millions of viewers and creators on Twitch. Functionally speaking, you will own the tactical implementation of DEI marketing campaigns, overseeing the execution of channel plans, internal resource requests and creative assets. In this role, you will work with an incredibly diverse group of teams. You will be an ideal fit if you live to organize, partner with others, and find efficiencies in the process. You have incredible communication and collaboration ability with both leaders and individual contributors, and are comfortable with real-time campaign optimization.
The role reports to the Brand Marketing Director - DEI as part of the Brand team.
This position can be located in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, New York, NY, or remotely across the US.
You Will:
- Become an expert on the Go-To-Market process; submitting any and all campaigns through the proper internal channels while ensuring all necessary meetings are being scheduled
- Act as the day-to-day lead on campaign execution and various team follow ups (including by not limited to: Creative, Campaign, Social, The Guilds, Community, PR, Programming, Merch, Brand Media and others).
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and executing scaled marketing campaigns
- Strong passion for DEI work, with an understanding of its importance in Marketing
- Ability to prioritize and multitask , adapting easily to a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with global consumer brands (tech, gaming, or social experience is a plus !)
- Excellent team player with ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
- A Bachelor's Degree is required

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $125,100 - $ 152,900 yr and in New York City is $137,610 - $168,190 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
