We are now looking for an experienced
Brand Manager to join the Marketing team and our latest mobile game project
As a Brand Manager, you will be driving the long-term brand development and marketing activities of the game throughout its life cycle. You will be defining the marketability pillars of the game and driving its overall marketing strategy. Developing pre-launch and live phase marketing plans, activities, and assets in co-operation with cross-functional teams and external partners are at the heart of this role.
We are looking for a creative and driven marketing professional with experience in brand management in the entertainment industry, preferably with (mobile) games. You have a keen eye for detail, your organizing and prioritizing skills are excellent, and you love to collaborate and communicate proactively. You are not afraid to take initiative, impact others and take full ownership of your area of responsibility. Challenges excite you and you are always eager to develop your skills further.

You will be part of a talented studio marketing team and also work closely with a product team of enthusiastic and experienced game developers. Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute the marketing strategy for the game, from early marketability testing to soft launch and live game.
- Work with the product team to define, develop, and manage the game’s brand identity.
- Lead the creative marketing development process from briefing to final delivery and challenge and manage in-house teams and agencies to come up with best-in-class creative assets.
- Build and analyze the key performance metrics for the marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize the budget.
- Implement highly performing marketing solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Keep abreast of emerging consumer and market trends, practices and channels to support creativity and innovation in marketing plans and choices.
- Provide marketing expertise and insights throughout the game’s development process to recommend and champion marketability actions.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other team leads (product, marketing art, user acquisition, player intelligence, community management and more) and represent marketing in the project leadership team.

Brand Marketing
- Proven track record in brand development and marketing, including both strategic and operational levels
- Marketing experience in developing and executing successful creative campaigns in the digital consumer products/services segment, preferably games or entertainment
- Excellent creative briefing and debriefing skills
- Familiarity with market research methods and analysis
- Data-informed, KPI and results oriented mindset
Project Management
- Excellent project management skills
- Previous experience in managing external partners (e.g., advertising agencies)
- Can plan, schedule, scope roadmaps and can effectively identify and communicate risks
- Takes initiative and ownership of their work
- Has excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills – looks for solutions that can help the team to perform better
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (no Finnish required)
Industry Knowledge
- Likes to play mobile games and is interested to follow the gaming industry and latest mobile game marketing trends
- Is passionate about making high-quality games and best-in-class marketing
