Job Description
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in video game marketing is essential, preferably in the mobile free to play sector, ideally with an understanding of F2P and GAAS models.
- Knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem is a big plus, having experience with Sensor Tower or App Annie is recommended.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external marketing stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans for our live titles.
- Collaborate with production teams on upcoming updates, features and milestone reporting.
- Set targets for our live game and ensure that we are working towards and achieving them on a consistent basis.
- Assist the Lead Brand Manager with market research and competitor benchmarking to inform new and existing titles on an ongoing basis.
- Comfortable with large data sets and contextualizing data for a wider non-specialized audience. Being able to confidently use pivot tables is a big plus.
- Regular presentations to the studio and Ubisoft HQ teams covering topics from ASO (app store optimisations) through to campaign post-mortems.
- Be a brand ambassador who can champion our brands to internal Ubisoft teams, as well as directly to the Ubisoft FGOL studio.
- Writing creative briefs for internal artists and ensure that assets are consistent and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop the milestone timeline and manage the calendar of deliverables including briefs, ideation, and delivery as well as identifying opportunities that can be integrated in the global plan
- Work with the Live Ops and the Sales teams in managing relationships with Apple and Android in our region and ensure that we are maximizing our marketing with 1st parties across all channels
Skills & Experience
- Experience in video game marketing is essential, preferably in the mobile free to play sector, ideally with an understanding of F2P and GAAS models.

- Strong interpersonal skill – able to sell ideas internally and connect marketing to the wider studio.
- Outstanding written and oral skills, to build productive relationships
- Passion for marketing and creativity a must
- Organized, with strong attention to detail, seeking to deliver all tasks to the highest standard
- Proactive and approachable personality that oozes team spirit with the added extra of being a go-getter, ambitious and tenacious in nature who can work autonomously when required all with a great sense of humour
- Personal passion for games (PC, mobile, console) / online entertainment
