Blizzard Korea is looking for a World Class Brand Manager to join our team working on the biggest Game franchise in the world and . You are a creative thinker who can lead and develop new marketing programs. You are a global player who can work well with Blizzard HQ. You are a business-oriented expert who values measuring and optimizing the effectiveness and return of your marketing programs.
The Brand Manger should demonstrate drive, ownership and enthusiasm. You will work closely with the Blizzard Korea Brand Marketing Lead to craft best of class strategies and execute them flawlessly.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of brand marketing career, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, platform, contents, world-class IP holder or in marketing agency
- Job title will be negotiable based on candidate’s job experience and capabilities.)
- Mobile game or app launch experience
- Planning and executing short and long-term Marketing Plans built on solid player insights and sound business strategies to grow user base, maintaining long-term brand health
- Performance marketing experience with major media channels with hands-on experience on paid media / advertising and optimization
- Creative production for marketing asset
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical skills to rationalize (Data-Driven Marketing capacity, A/B testing, revenue projection, game lifecycle design)
- Clear, concise, and timely communication of initiatives with all levels of HQ, Korea internal departments, agencies, and relevant 3rd parties
- Fluent English skills (reading, writing, speak
