Job Description

Within our SEA marketing Team, you will be responsible for the development of Ubisoft brands in the region. Like a conductor, you will build the future of our brands and elaborate all the promotion and communication strategies on a long term. As well, deploy and manage the implementation of these strategies. You will be part of a multi-national Team, based in Singapore, Taipei and Hong Kong, reporting to the Marketing Director in Taipei.


More precisely, YOUR MISSION will be the following:

Define the marketing strategy and carry out the operational elements:

§ Define the targets and the marketing mix by using market and consumer feedback.
You will also collaborate with the Marketing Teams in our EMEA headquarter.

§ Elaborate the communication strategy, press and influencer plans in link with the Communication Team

§ Work on the integration of engagement KPIs on all your campaigns

§ Follow up the realization of diverse creative assets: packs, communication tools (digital, out of home, print, events), videos which enable the maximization of their organic use and paid media.

§ Deal with Ubisoft owned channels and maximization of their impact (CRM, Community Management, Social Networks)

§ Manage, plan and follow up the budgets and production schedules in collaboration with the Marketing Director

§ Share your reporting, successes and learnings with our headquarter in France.

Manage the implementation of the marketing strategy locally among the SEA area:

§ Communicate with the different locations and peers (eSport, Sales, Social Media…), provide them the product information and marketing tools they need to build local plans

§ Consider the local needs and reply to the daily requests of our headquarter and your peers

§ Follow up with media plans and evaluate your KPIs

Coordinate and motivate your various interlocutors – both internal and external – (agencies, partners, console manufacturers, licensors, etc.)

Qualifications

§ You have a deep knowledge of video games and enjoy working in an international setting

§ Graduated from a business school or university

§ Degree Level and/or equivalent Professional qualification in project management or marketing

§ At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing for consumer products

§ Demonstrates marketing and strategic analysis skills with the ability to understand and map out business drivers

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§ Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity

§ Rigorous, tactful and creative, you are a driving force in the team

§ PowerPoint-Master skillset

§ You are fluent in English/ Mandarin (read and write Traditional Chinese)
