Blockchain Community Manager

And nowadays we are looking for a Blockchain Community Manager, who has a passion for games but also has experience with crypto/blockchain. As a community manager, you will assist with community-focused campaigns and be knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency industry in general to create content for our communities with accuracy.
Your future at Tilting Point
- Build & Own Community Plan and growth activities on the assigned Web3 project. Become the face of the brand to this community.
- Grow the community/hype with the goal to achieve a sold out on the first NFT drop. Including but limited not to; Discord channel engagement tasks, bots set-up, daily activities, litepaper/whitepaper/NFTs teasers, Twitter raffles, events, AMA’s etc.
- Maintain the engagement of the community after the initial NFT drop.
- Onboard/offboard and coordinate Discord/Twitter moderators to cover as many time zones as required based on most relevant time zones for the project.
- Collect feedback from the community to provide a weekly sentiment check.
- Project data analysis and KPIs monitoring to further optimize the community strategy, provide constructive feedback in unison with Community Lead and Web3 Marketing Manager.
Skills and requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a community manager.
- Has previously worked on social media campaigns within blockchain and crypto communities.
- Experience working in large communities where you would need to research interesting and stand-out content online.
- Previous track record of scaling growth and maintaining online communities.
- Proficient in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on social data.
- Experience in collaborating with other areas of the business to provide user feedback.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus skills
- Passion for computer games and technology.
- Previously worked in the blockchain/crypto industry.
This position is based in Barcelona.
