Billing Support Specialist

Job Overview

Billing Support department helps our users solve payment issues, including payment failures or erroneous payment entries, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations, and many other financial cases.

Account security is another area of responsibility for specialists working in Billing Support. In other words, we will also take charge of game account safety, helping users protect their accounts, prevent fraudulent activity, and recover in-game property, if needed.

What will you do?

• Support company's MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz, etc.). Communicating with a multilingual audience on issues related to accounts and payments.

What are we looking for?

• Secondary or higher education (students of part-time education, as well as the last courses);
• Knowledge of English and Russian at Intermediate level and above;
• Advanced PC user;
• Willing to work in alternating shifts: 2/2, two weeks 07:00 – 19:00, two weeks 19:00 – 07:00.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience of working with users;
• Knowledge of Wargaming products;
• Knowledge of Polish/German (as a plus, not mandatory);
• Gaming experience in projects on different platforms (PC, Steam, mobile OS);
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
